"Since starting work with Bank Park in January 2016 the management of our car park, customer satisfaction and in store sales figures have all improved. Our Sheffield store is in the city centre and as such in the past has been open to abuse by shoppers parking in our car park and going off site to shop without even engaging in store.
Bank Park have provided us with a simple but effective way of allowing customers to enter our store to purchase goods with a small fee of £1 which is returned to them at our tills providing a purchase is made.
This has eliminated people parking here free of charge without even entering the store which defeats the meaning of why it is available. We would recommend this method of management style from Bank park to any inner city organisation.
We also love Bank Park’s charitable ethos so much so that we match fund every pound raised by Bank Park for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice in our car park.
